I came to know Integrity Water Systems from my neighbors, my next door neighbor was having there system serviced when I saw their truck. I asked how they liked their system and about the service they were getting. They had nothing but good things to say. A few months later I saw their truck across the street from me working on that neighbors system. I walked across and introduced myself. That was when I met Daniel, and I want to say everything you read about Daniel is accurate. He has the most positive aptitude of anyone you want to meet, and goes out of his way to be helpful. I told him about the water softener system I had and I knew it was time replace it. I asked his opinion on what he thought. He spent at least a half hour explain what my options would be. He never seen to be in a rush to answer all by question, even though he was there working on a customer water issue. When I left it seem that we were now friends, gave me his cell number and said to call him if I needed anything he could help me with. Just from that experience I knew this was the person I wanted to do business with. I did call at a later date and made an appointment with him to review what I needed for my whole house system. He came out and recommended what he thought would be best for my needs. The price was great, A few days later he came out to install the system himself. I will tell you just watching him work, you know he takes great pride in his work and wants to make sure it’s perfect. He also was great to just have conversation with in general. He explained everything on how the system works, and it does work great. I would recommend him and his company to everyone. Daniel and the team at Integrity are AMAZING!! Their customer service is second to none! Today I called Integrity because water stopped flowing in my house and I thought it was my tank. Daniel responded within minutes to let me know he would try to work me into the schedule. Integrity arrived less than an hour later and quickly addressed the problem and got my water back on. Daniel is very knowledgeable and I recommend him and the team at Integrity because they take the time to educate customers and they also follow up after the service to make sure everything is still working well.

We had VERY bad water and had 4 different companies say ALL we needed was a water softener, which I knew was not true. Integrity was the ONLY company who had the knowledge to recognize what I needed and install the right equipment. Water is now great. They know what they are doing.

He ran into a bit of trouble in the late evening and needed a specific fitting to complete the install, so Daniel drove into Jacksonville (about a 1 hour 15 min trip) to get the fitting so that we would not be without water.
